We are proud to host one of the first book signing parties for KNIT NOTES .. a guide to help knitters explore, design, and create patterns. Compiled by Nadine Curtis this journal has blank pages to sketch, detailed WIP sheets to keep you organized and knitting graph paper to chart your own colorwork designs. Nadine is the owner of Be Sweet, a company that “works with several job creation groups that give artisans the confidence and the means to support themselves and their families in otherwise economically depressed regions,” (from the Be Sweet website).

Nadine will be joining us on September 23rd starting at noon to present Knit Notes, published by Sixth & Spring, a division of Vogue Knitting. She will also be bringing Be Sweet’s new fall patterns to see and try on; plus be offering some trunk show items for purchase. These samples are made by the artisans in South Africa and make wonderful gifts. Come get your holiday shopping done early. Please come and say, ‘Hi’ to Nadine & get your copy of Knit Notes signed. Hope to see you on the 23rd of September! Happy creating!
